3. spin the roulette wheel and take note of which section the ball lands in.

4. repeat step 3 a number of times until you notice that the roulette ball has not landed in a certain section for 7 spins in row (this is the advantage of online roulette in that you can spin the wheel repeatedly and quickly).

5. Take the smallest amount that you can, $1, and bet on the section that has not received the roulette ball for the past 7 spins.
